Elizabeth De La Peña Veeser has spent her career focused on partnering with individuals and organizations to facilitate their success and achieve their full potential. She founded dlpCOACHING in 2019 after a successful Human Resources leadership career that spans over 20 years and a variety of industries, including energy, food/beverage, manufacturing, and hospitality. Her commitment to and passion for supporting her client’s growth and development has facilitated transformative shifts for the individuals, their teams, and their organizations. Today, she supports her clients as a leadership coach, workshop trainer, and keynote speaker.
In her coaching role, Elizabeth builds collaborative partnerships and quickly establishes trust with her clients through her warmth, authenticity, and humor. She utilizes inquiry and assessment methods to help her clients crystallize their goals, address obstacles, identify triggers, and create paths to success. Elizabeth’s coaching clients include individuals at all levels of personal growth from emerging leaders to C-suite executives.

In addition to delivering customized training, Elizabeth is proud to be the sole North American certified facilitator for the How Women Rise Leadership Program, based on the best-selling book How Women Rise (Helgesen, Goldsmith).

In addition to leading dlpCOACHING, Elizabeth is passionate about giving back to the community. Elizabeth was recruited to serve on the Boards for Impact100 Houston and Compudopt Houston. She has served as an inaugural member of the Advisory Board for Houston’s Energy Institute High School as well as a Troop Leader & Cookie Manager for her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop. In addition, Elizabeth is an active alumna Hermana of Lambda Pi Chi Sorority, Inc./Latinas Promoviendo Communidad Sorority, Inc., the first Latina sorority founded at an Ivy League university. She has partnered with the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) and supported their Mujeres de HACE and Emerging Leaders programs, participating on panels and guest lecturing.
Elizabeth earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and is a graduate of Rice University’s CoachRICE training program. She is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, has participated in various continuing education programs and is certified in numerous assessment tools.
A San Antonio native, aspiring golfer, and sandwich generation caregiver, Elizabeth and her family reside in The Woodlands, Texas.
