Elizabeth’s experience also includes time with Shell Upstream Americas, where she was Vice President Human Resources, leading a global team with responsibilities for ~2000 clients in the Exploration, Technical and Health, Safety and Environmental functions.  Partnering with EVPs, she played a key role in a reorganization effort, streamlining workflows, assessing and leveraging key capabilities, and ensuring sustainable and value-adding processes were being implemented.
